How to Flash Firmware Android Lenovo A6010 using QFIL Tool.

Flash / Install Firmware Android Lenovo A6010. Lenovo A6010 comes with IPS capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors, LCD 5.0 Inches, Android OS, v5.1 (Lollipop) and supported with Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 chipset, Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU, GPU Adreno 306, combined with 2 GB of RAM as their engine. And you can enjoy exciting 8 MP on the main camera, and 2 MP on secondary camera. And Lenovo A6010 is released in 2015, October.

Lenovo A6010 uses Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 chipset, so to flash this device we do not use flash tool, but we use QFIL tool.

Download Tools for Flash.

1. You must download and install USB Driver for Lenovo on your windows computer or PC. Here 
2. QPST-2.7.422-qfil-qcom-Upgrade-Tool-20140422  Here 
3. Download Qualcomm HSUSB USB COM Drivers Here  
4. Download ROM ;
• Lenovo_A6010_S029_150902_16G_ROW Here    Or  Here 
5. To download all file above you must be a registered user, except ROM File.

Guide -to flash Stock ROM Lenovo A6010 using QFIL tool.

1. To flash your Android Lenovo A6010, your battery must fully 100% charged, 
2. Flashing process will erase/ wipe/delete all user data and file stored in phone memory. We recommend to backup all data. see this guide on how to backup your Android data.

3. Install all Prerequisites file and tool above.
4. Then, turn off your Android Lenovo A6010.
5. Now, enter your Lenovo A6010 into download mode. you can do it by  :
• Press the Volume Up button and keep holding it while connecting it to the computer/laptop using the USB cable. 
6. Lenovo A6010 will vibrate one time, and you will see a black screen.
7. On your computer/laptop, you might see under Device Manager > Qualcomm Lenovo HS-USB QDLoader 9008.
8. Open device manager on your computer, There should be a device called
•  Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COMXX)

9. Now Run utility QFIL from your computer.
10. In the Programmer, path specifies the path to the file prog_emmc_firehose_8916.mbn for this click browse.  
11. Then on the Select Build search path to the folder with the firmware by click on Browse button. in this case, we use file extracted from S60-a_S227_150806_ROW-QPST-QFIL
12. Then Select file program (ex : prog_emmc_firehose_89XX. mbn) and click open.

13. Then click on the Load XML …in the window that opens, select one by one – 
• For example 
• first rawprogram0.xml 
• click “Open” 
• then patch0.xml 
• also, click “Open.”
14. Make sure all inputs are correct and click Download under Load XML button.
15. Now wait for the process to run about 5 to 10 minutes:
16. The Lenovo A6010 device should restart the process of filling in the successful firmware and boot into Android OS.
17. Warning, on the first boot your Lenovo A6010 will take about up to 15 minutes. So, don't worry about it
18. Finish.
