1. Enable USB debugging on the phone. 
• Go to setting
• Enable USB debugging

3. Install Helium- App Sync and Backup for Android Here.

How to use Helium for The First Time.

1. Open Helium Apps on your phone, and wait a while for helium PC to enable it.

How to Backup.

1. Once your Helium - App Sync and Backup already enabled, now you are ready to back up.
2. Select App to backup

4. Now, tap backup button to start the backup process.
5. Then select the backup destination. free Helium is only allowed to store on internal storage
