Hard Reset Guide.

1. Make sure your phone is fully charged, or at least has 50% of battery capacity.
2. Hard reset will delete everything on your phone, so if you do not have time to back up it will be lost.
3. Power off your LG V30.
4. Once it completely powers off, you must turn it on again by press and hold the following button at the same time.

5. Release the power button only when the LG logo comes up, and then immediately press the power button again.
6. Now, release all button if your LG V30 enter factory data reset screen.
7. At this screen, you can use volume down to highlight the menu, and use the power button to confirm

1. To use this method make sure your LG V30 is active, and not locked by any security screen protection.
2. Now open Settings.
3. If necessary, switch to Tab view.

5. Then tap Backup & reset 
6. Under Phone management Tick or clear the checkboxes associated with Back up my data and Automatic restore.
