1. Download Stock Rom LG G5   :
2. If you can not find the KDZ file from the link above, you can try to download the KDZ by yourself.
• Download KDZ file for all LG smartphone device.

4.  Download LG mobile support tool and install.

1. Download firmware or stock ROM on item no 1 or 2 or 3 above, save it on your computer drive. I save all file above in C:\LG folder.
2. Then, install all file one by one.
• First, you must Install USB Driver
• Then, Install the latest LG UP software (this software run on most Windows operating system versions)
• At last, Install LG DLL file that supports with your LG G5 smartphone.
3. Once all file successfully installed on your computer, Then put your LG G5 Smartphone into download mode, you can manually do it by ;
• Turn Off your LG G5 Smartphone device.
• Then press and hold the Volume UP button while connecting your LG G5 Smartphone to the computer using the USB cable.
4. Then run LG UP software.
5. Wait a moment until LG UP detect and recognize your LG G5 smartphone. This will install a necessary USB Drivers for your device.
6. Now, your LG UP should show up on your computer screen.
