D0wnload and install the latest Android SDK from this site developer.android.com

There are three files on Android SDK (AdbWinApi.dll, Adb.exe, Fastboot.exe) this files located on sdk\platform-tools
Now create a new folder, for example, C:\tools
Then copy the following three files above to this folder.

Enable the OEM unlock.

You can go to Settings
Developer options and check Enable OEM unlock.

Now, connect your phone to the PC via a USB cable. Make sure the LG driver is installed on your computer.
Then, go to C:\tools

Press and hold the shift button
Then, right click the mouse
Select an open command window here.

When DOS Prompt window open. enter this command below.

type: adb reboot bootloader

hit enter
