Hard Reset LG W10 to Restore factory Settings.

Reset LG W10. A hard reset is a procedure used to restore an Android phone to factory settings. This method is very useful for fixing some minor problems on Android phones. The phone is unresponsive, runs slowly when running applications, forget passwords, PINs, or screen lock patterns. those are some of the problems that can be fixed by resetting the phone.

Any cellphones have different ways and methods to perform a factory reset. Almost all methods use the physical buttons on the cellphone if the cellphone menu is inaccessible. but, you can reset through the mobile menu if all menus can still be accessed.

Below is the method used to perform a hard reset on the LG W10 phone.

Hard Reset LG W10.

1. Make sure your device is LG W10.
2. Before performing a hard reset, make sure the phone has at least 75% battery capacity.
3. Now turn off your cellphone. if the phone is locked, do a force shutdown by pressing the power button for 15 seconds
4. Then, turn on it again by press and hold the following button at the same time on your LG W10 device.

• Power button + Volume UP button.

5. Release all buttons when your phone enters the boot menu.

6. To navigate the menu use the volume up button and volume down button. and use the power button to confirm.
7. Now, highlight the recovery and press power button to confirm.
8. You will see a green Android robot on the screen. wait a few moments you will be delivered to the Android recovery menu screen.

9. Once you enter the Android recovery menu LG W10, Your mobile screen will look like the following image.
10. Now, you can use the volume UP and Volume Down button to navigate across the menu. And use the Power Button to confirm.
11. To continue reset LG W10, highlight the Wipe data/Factory Reset and hit the power button.
12. On the next screen, you will get a warning 'wipe all user data, this can not be undone'  if you sure highlight Yes and hit the power button to confirm.
13. The factory reset process will start to erase everything on your LG W10.
14. Now, back to the recovery screen and highlights the reboot system now and press the power button to reboot your LG W10.
15. Finish.
