Warning. Hard reset will delete everything on your phone including downloading Apps, file and the personal settings.
- to prevent the cellphone from dying suddenly during the hard reset process, make sure the battery is fully charged.
- If the phone is still on, then you have to turn it off. You can force the cellphone off if it is frozen. Press and hold the power button until the cellphone turns off.
