Warning. This method erases everything on your device, so if your phone not locked out try backing it up first.

1. Make sure the battery is fully charged, at least 50 percent of battery power.
2. Power off your LG G7 ThinQ. if your device is frozen, try to remove the battery and then put it back.
3. Once the LG G7 ThinQ completely powered off, then turn on it again by press and hold the following button at the same time.

4. When the LG logo comes up, release the power button only and then immediately press it again.

5. Now, release all button when your phone enters the factory data reset mode.

6. You can navigate all menu using both of the volume buttons.
7. Scroll down the menu using volume down button, and highlight Yes.
8. Now, press the power button to confirm it.
9. To delete all data and customized settings (password screen, pattern lock screen, download apps, and others) you can scroll down to highlight yes again. and hit the power button to confirm.
10. Just wait for a view seconds, your phone will start to erase all data and personal settings.
11. Don't interrupt when the process is running, just wait until the process is completed successfully.
