How to Perform Factory Data Reset | Hard Reset LG Q6 (2017).

• Remove google account from your LG Q6 device (go to settings - accounts - Google - select the google account you want to remove)

7. From the following screen, you can navigate the menu using the volume button (Volume Up or Volume down), and use the power button to confirm.
8. Now, highlight yes using the volume button. And confirm it using the Power button.
9. Then highlight Yes again. And start de to delete all user data and reset all settings.
10. Now, your device will perform the hard reset process.
11. Once it was done, LG Q6 will automatically reboot the system.
