Requirement Tool to Help Flashing Firmware.

1. We need a kdz firmware appropriate with our LG phone models, you can try to download it using the following method.
• first, download kdz firmware using IMEI phone number and your favorite browser.
• second, download kdz firmware directly from this link.

3. LG Flashtool 2014 (a tool that helps you flash the kdz firmware to your LG phone).
4. LG driver(it will help you to communicate with your phone and the computer).
5. LG mobile support tool and install it on your computer.

Flashing LG X Screen Guide.

1. Once you have successfully download Kdz firmware and LG flash tool 2014 on your local computer drive, now copy all tool in the same folder. For example, you can move it to the desktop folder. Then extract LG X Screen firmware in this folder.
2. To avoid the phone system goes down during the flashing process, make sure your battery is fully charged or at least you have 78% of battery capacity.
3. Make sure LG driver is correctly installed on your computer, this driver will help you to detect your LG X screen on your computer or PC.
4. You can try to install Visual C++ Runtime Library if any error issue during installing the LG driver.

• Number 1: At Select type, you can choose 3GQCT
• Number 2: Select DIAG at phone mode drop-down menu.
• Number 3: Browse where your kdz saved on your computer drive.
• Number 4: Just click normal flash, it will Flash ROM without losing any data. 
8. If you click the normal flash button, then you will see the next window as shown in the picture below. On this window, you can continue the process by a click Start button.
9. Now, you will see the country & Language window, on this window click clear phone software update registry button.
10. Now, go to your phone and turn off your LG X Screen.
11. Then connect your LG X Screen to the computer via the USB cable while press and hold Volume Up button.
12. Release volume up button when your LG X Screen enter download mode. And your screen will show this image below.

15. Then, you will automatically launch the LG Mobile Support Tool window on a screen.

17. Once progress bar reaches 100% completed, your LG X Screen will reboot automatically, and you can click the exit button.
18. At this step, you can unplug your LG X Screen from the USB cable and leave your computer.
19. Now, go to your phone and make sure there is no error during boot up until your phone ready to use.
