1. Make sure to fully charge your battery to avoid the android system down during the hard reset process.
2. If possible, try to back up everything stored on phone internal memory. During the hard reset process, everything will be deleted.
3. Turn off your LG K20 Plus, you can do it by press and hold the power button for a few seconds.
4. Once your phone fully powers off, you must turn it on in order to continue the hard reset process.
5. Turn On your LG K20 plus by press and hold the following button at the same time.

6. Once LG logo appears on your screen, just release your finger from the power button only. Then immediately press and hold the power button again.

If your phone enter the factory data reset menu or recovery menu, you can release all button from your fingers.

On this menu, you can use the volume down button or volume up button to navigate all menu item.
To confirm your selection, you can use the power button.
Now, you can start the hard reset by select or highlight Yes use the volume down button, then press the power button to confirm it.
Once again select Yes and confirm it using the power button. 
At this step can't be undone, it will delete all user data, downloaded applications, and restore to default factory settings.
Once the hard reset process starts, you will see a white circle comes up at your LG K20 screen.
Just wait a minute, your phone will reboot automatically.
