Factory Reset Protection will automatically activate on your Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+ when you set a Google TM account username and password on your device.
Factory reset protection work when you perform a factory reset on your Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+, it will delete all user setting, downloaded apps, and returned to the factory default settings. If Google accounts set up on your device. This means after you reset your Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+, you will be required to log in to the Google account using the username and password.

Prerequisite.
- Samsung USB driver. Here
- Latest ODIN to flash a firmware. Here
- Samsung Galaxy S8 Firmware.
- Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus.
- Combination File
- STOCK ROM
Instruction.
- Download Samsung USB driver
- Download ODIN and extract it
- Download a combination file appropriate with your device version
- Download Stock Rom for your device.
- Power off your Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+
- Put your device into download mode.
- Press and hold : Volume down button + Bixby button + Power button
- Then connect to the computer with USB cable.
- Run ODIN. From ODIN window click AP button to browse your Combination file.
- Wait for until ODIN successfully load a combination file. Then click Start button to flash a combination file to the Samsung Galaxy S8.
- Once the flashing process completed, you will see a green warning on the ODIN program that says PASS!.
- Now, disconnect your phone from PC.
- Go to your Samsung Galaxy S8, now your phone will run with a combination file. Check the Setting and make sure USB debugging is enabled.
- Now, turn off your Samsung Galaxy S8 again
- Then, put your phone into download mode. Refer to step 6 above to do this.
- Once your Samsung Galaxy S8 enter download mode, reconnect it to the computer again.
- Open ODIN program.to flash Stock Firmware.
- Click BL button to browse BL file.
- Click AP button to browse AP file.
- Click CSC button to browse the HOME_CSC file.
- Once all firmware already loaded on ODIN, you can proceed flash by click Start button.
- Now, wait for the flashing process until ODIN shows up PASS! message.
- Disconnect your Samsung Galaxy S8 from the computer, and your phone ready to use now.
