1. Download firmware or stock ROM on item no 1 or 2 or 3 above, save it to your computer drive. I save all file above in C:\LG folder.
2. Then, install all file one by one.
• First, you must Install USB Driver
• Then, Install the latest LG UP software (this software run on most Windows operating system versions)
• At last, Install LG DLL (LGUP_MS330.msi) for LG K7 MS330 (MetroPCS) smartphone.
3. Once all file successfully installed on your computer, Then put your LG K7 MS330 (MetroPCS) Smartphone into download mode, you can manually do it by ; 
• Turn Off your LG K7 MS330 (MetroPCS) Smartphone device.
