  1. Make sure Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport is fully charged.
  2. If possible, please backup everything on Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport internal memory, during factory reset process will erase everything.
  3. Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport.
  4. Once it completely turn off, now turn it on again by press and hold three button located at Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport body. These buttons are ;

  7. Once Android System Recovery appear on screen, you can select menu by highlight it. 
  8. To navigate menu, you can use Volume Up and Volume down. Then confirm with power button.
  9. Now, highlight wipe data / factory reset to select it. and press Power button to confirm.

  10. Then select yes -- delete all user data to proceed hard reset on the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport.
  11. Now, wait the hard reset process.
