  1. Make sure your battery is fully charged.

  4. Then turn it on this device by press and hold three button.

  6. Just wait a minute, until your Samsung Galaxy Core 2 device enter system recovery menu.
  7. On this screen you can use volume down or volume up to navigate all menu, and use power button to confirm your selection.
  8. Now, highlight wipe data / factory reset using volume down or up. and press power button to confirm.
  9. On the next step, highlight yes -- delete all user data using volume down or up. and press power button to confirm.
  10. Now, wait the hard reset process, it will take a while.
  11. Once the process completed, now highlight Reboot Now, then press power button to reboot your Samsung Galaxy Core 2
