Please read this guide carefully to Update OnePlus One to Android 6.0 Marshmallow via AOSP ROM.
  1. First step Download Android 6.0 AOSParadox ROM for OnePlus One on the computer.
  2. Then connect and mount OnePlus One USB mass storage on computer with USB cable.
  3. Now, move the downloaded AOSP ROM zip file to the root folder on the phone's SD card.
  4. Then switch off the phone and disconnect its USB cable from the computer.
  5. Boot the device into Recovery Mode, how to do it ?
    • Pressing and holding Volume Down and Power buttons together.
    • Once the phone enters TWRP Recovery, perform a full data wipe task by clicking Wipe button. 
    • Then swipe on the Swipe to Factory Reset option at the bottom.
  6. Then return to the main recovery menu and tap on the Install button. 
  7. Choose the zip file that you coped earlier to your phone's SD card from the list.
  8. Confirm the installation on next screen by swiping on the 'Swipe to Confirm Flash' option and the firmware installation should begin.
  9. Once the ROM installation completes, tap on Wipe Cache/Dalvik button to prevent boot loop issues. 
  10. At the end, tap on Reboot System button in the Recovery menu.
  11. If you see the new boot logo, that means you have successfully installed the ROM on your OnePlus One device.
  12. If you come across any boot loop or face system errors, try a factory reset from the recovery or you can always restore your previous ROM from the backup.
